High communication, organizational, and time management skills 6. Ability to work as part of a team and withstand work pressure Tasks: * Managing recruitment and hiring processes from job posting to hiring * Following up on employee affairs and personnel files * Implementing human resources policies and procedures * Preparing and updating employee databases * Preparing periodic reports related to human resources * Monitoring attendance, departures, and vacations * Contributing to improving the work environment and increasing employee satisfaction
