About the Role

The Al Jubail Charity Association for Quran Memorization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Governance Specialist to join its team in Al Jubail. Role Purpose and Contribution

The Governance Specialist will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks within the association. This position involves developing and implementing policies, ensuring regulatory adherence, and contributing to the overall effectiveness and transparency of the organization's operations to support its mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual plan for the governance unit.
• Develop and update governance-related policies and procedures, and monitor their effective implementation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, and submit periodic reports on compliance status.
• Evaluate the performance of various committees and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor governance-related projects to provide essential support to the association.
• Identify potential risks and analyze operational gaps to enhance efficiency and control.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Regulations, Rights, or a related field.
• A minimum of six months of experience in the field of governance.
• Proficiency in computer usage, including strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated strong communication and administrative business skills.
• Possess good conduct and behavior.
