Guardian Glass, a leader in glass manufacturing, is inviting applications for the Production Supervisor role at our Float Glass Facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal position, you will enhance team culture and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead an operational team of 7-8 operators, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop high-performing teams by creating personalized development plans and coaching.
  • Drive safety through engagement and proactive hazard elimination.
  • Facilitate communication, skill development, and problem-solving within the team.
  • Monitor product quality and efficiency, providing direction as needed.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and uphold KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team motivation.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Preferred:
  • Experience in glass production (*, Semiconductor, Automotive).
