Role Overview:
The Secretary will provide essential administrative and clerical support to project teams within the PMS organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining filing systems, logs, and correspondence registers.
- Assisting in typing, document formatting, and preparation of both internal and external communications.
- Handling office supplies, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating project meetings.
- Assisting in maintaining records, timesheets, and tracking general administrative data.
- Ensuring compliance with established filing and archiving procedures.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school education.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in secretarial activities, filing systems, and office administration.
