Job Overview:
Holystar Arabia is seeking a Data Entry professional to support production operations by ensuring accurate, timely entry and maintenance of production data. The role plays a key part in monitoring production performance, supporting reporting accuracy, and maintaining reliable records within the ERP system in a switchgear manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter daily production output and corresponding man-hours into the ERP system.
  • Update job orders, work orders, and production status in real time.
  • Track and record finished goods, rejected items, and rework quantities.
  • Report data inconsistencies or errors to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Assist in closing production orders and verifying Bill of Material (BOM) consumption.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all production-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma degree (minimum requirement).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar data entry or production support role within a switchgear or manufacturing factory.
  • Previous experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and problem resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to work closely with production teams on the manufacturing floor.
