We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to implement our global service quality plan in the assigned geographic territory. This role involves monitoring technical and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training, ensuring compliance with service delivery standards, and managing asset allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor compliance with technical and HSE training objectives to ensure adherence to service delivery standards.
  • Mentor team members to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee continuous assessment and self-improvement processes.
  • Lead failure review processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Manage assets to comply with company standards and meet operational needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their service quality drivers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in surface wellhead operations and design.
  • Proven managerial experience with strong field presence.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and coaching abilities.
