  • Improve productivity and service metrics: OTIF, turnaround time, asset uptime, utilization, and cost per trip.
  • Interface directly with customers’ operations/HSE teams; handle escalations and close root causes fast.
  • Build operational governance: daily/weekly dashboards, SOP adherence, training, and documentation discipline.
  • Support growth: operational readiness for additional gas volumes and new customer onboarding without compromising safety.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 15–20 years overall experience with strong industrial gas transportation/logistics exposure.
  • Proven track record managing large driver/operator teams and subcontractor fleets in high-compliance environments.
  • Strong HSE mindset and execution discipline; able to enforce standards firmly and fairly.
  • Saudi background (hands-on operational experience in KSA preferred).
  • Strong planning, Truck Utilisation, Per Truck Revenue knowledge, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with 24/7 operations and escalation ownership.
  • Exposure to major industrial customers and strict gate/permit processes.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations (Jubail/Yanbu/Eastern Province) with the ability to travel as necessary.
