The Gulf Kitchens Company, a leader in the design and manufacturing of luxury kitchens in the Kingdom, announces the opening of recruitment for the position of "Receptionist and Customer Service Representative" to join our distinguished team at the Khobar city branch. * Tasks and Responsibilities: Luxury Welcome: Welcoming exhibition clients. Customer Guidance: Understanding the client's initial aspirations and smoothly directing them to design and sales consultants. Appointment Management: Responding accurately to customer inquiries and coordinating engineers' appointments within the exhibition. Administrative Support: Accurately recording new customer data internally for the exhibition and maintaining the ideal appearance of the reception area. Conditions and Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Holder of a diploma certificate. Location: Permanent residency in Khobar city or its nearby suburbs (Dammam / Dhahran). Skills and Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, high tact, and distinguished professional presence. Ability to deal with elite customers and provide an exceptional customer service experience. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications. Experience: Previous experience in reception or hospitality is preferred (Hotels, major exhibitions, or customer service)
