Emergency Services medical care company is looking for an outstanding administrative assistant. This role requires following up on the implementation of administrative decisions and organizing daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement administrative instructions and follow up on the decisions of the direct manager.
  • Open and sort mail and distribute it to the relevant parties.
  • Complete office work, and respond to inquiries and phone calls.
  • Organize meetings and record their minutes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial.
  • At least two years of practical experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
