Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist executives with daily tasks, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screen calls, draft emails, and prioritize messages.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread reports and presentations for internal and external distribution.
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly and ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and create summaries or reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper files and assist with documentation retention.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or an associate degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
