As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining efficient office operations.

Role Purpose:
Provide exceptional professional customer service to students, clients, and guests of IDP offices, assisting with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.
    • Register walk-in and call-in students on IDP’s CRM system.
    • Answer and redirect incoming calls.
    • Monitor the office email account and distribute messages as needed.
  • Operations Support:
    • Assist counselors in university applications.
    • Respond to student queries via phone or WhatsApp.
    • Help plan and prepare meetings and conferences.
    • Prepare marketing materials for events.
  • Administration:
    • Maintain updated copies of procedures and templates.
    • Arrange outgoing courier and mail pickups.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as directed.
