Fahdan Business Solutions is preparing for the opening of a new branch in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This branch is part of a prestigious restaurant specializing in global cuisine, which already operates several locations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Saudi workforce, particularly recent graduates, to join our team in Al Khobar.

Role Summary: Barista

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee and eager to contribute to a new and growing establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and processing payments accurately.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Fresh graduate with 0-1 year of experience. No prior experience is necessary.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time Barista position ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625 per month.
