As a key player in our Food & Beverage department located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for coordinating all phases of beverage operations across our restaurant, outlets, bars, and banquets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Craft perfect coffee drinks, including espresso shots, cappuccinos, and lattes.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable coffee experiences for our guests.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
    • Train and support team members on beverage preparation.
    • Manage coffee inventory and assist in menu planning for special events.
  • Qualifications:
    • Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and espresso machines.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a calm demeanor.
