Branch Manager (Wholesale Store)

Operational Management: Supervising daily store operations. Monitoring selection, packing, and distribution processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Inventory Monitoring: Ensuring proper inventory rotation and product distribution. Supervising receiving, renewal, and inventory accuracy through periodic audits. Coordinating with supply chain teams to meet renewal needs and address any inventory discrepancies. Reports and Analysis: Preparing operational reports on productivity, shrinkage, and inventory levels. Using data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Diploma or high school certificate. Experience from 0 to 2 years in warehouse operations, retail, or order fulfillment, preferably in a closed work environment or e-commerce. Familiarity with inventory systems, Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment on a shift basis.
