Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and handling reception duties (check-ins, bookings, payments)
• Supervising children in the play area to ensure safety and engagement
• Assisting in preparing and running kids’ workshops and activities
• Keeping the space clean, organized, and ready throughout the day
• Communicating with parents in a friendly and professional manner
• Supporting daily operations and helping the team when needed

• Data Management & Reporting:
  • Update and maintain category master sheets weekly.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for business analysis.
  • Ensure accurate data entry related to products, orders, and suppliers.
• Supplier Coordination:
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product issues and discrepancies.
  • Follow up with suppliers to resolve claims timely.
  • Maintain professional communication with suppliers for smooth operations.
• Warehouse Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to update claim statuses.
  • Document and track warehouse feedback and supplier updates.
• Operational Support:
  • Handle data entry and administrative tasks related to suppliers.
  • Assist the Buyer with product information and order tracking.
  • Maintain organized records of purchasing activities.

• Strong communication skills for effective coordination.

• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging showroom layouts and product presentations.
• Achieve sales targets per square meter and set new quarterly objectives for each product category.
• Coordinate with buyers to manage inventory and ensure product availability.
• Strategically merchandise products across the showroom to attract customers.
• Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences for continuous improvement.
• Understand client needs within the Saudi market to inform product selection and planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong passion for furniture and design.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative display ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Excellent visual competence and commercial awareness.
