Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and control all house funds.
  • Issue, audit, and maintain hotel banks per company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile daily cash submissions and consolidate bank deposits.
  • Ensure cash handling employees have adequate monetary change.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the company’s standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule to accomplish major responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent cash handling skills with a proven record of no overages or shortages.
  • Strong commitment to following all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma; University/College Degree is an asset.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Email.
