About the Cluster Senior Sales Manager Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, ensuring efficient business turnover for service delivery. The primary focus is on cultivating long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. The manager will also analyze local market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that maintain the hotel's market leadership through repeat and future business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential clients within specified offline segments and integrate them into Sales Pipelines.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of assigned accounts and their hospitality requirements.
• Promote all hotel products and services effectively.
• Conduct regular sales visits to identify new accounts.
• Understand client needs and ensure products and services align with their requests.
• Provide after-sales service recovery and escalate client feedback to relevant management when necessary.
• Meet and exceed top-line revenue objectives.
• Achieve set revenue targets for respective segments.
• Ensure cost-effective sales activities are consistently practiced.
• Work to increase hotel profitability, implementing yielding strategies as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on market and competition analysis.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, sales pipelines, and all other assigned reports and tasks.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department, as deemed necessary and related to the scope of work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel property.
• Preferably, experience in a cluster sales role.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
