Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
  • Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines to assist in developing project budgets.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance for timely cost capture.
  • Facilitate project work approvals and develop cost budgets.
  • Monitor project commitments and expenditures throughout the lifecycle.
  • Prepare project cost performance reports and forecasts.
  • Manage cost impacts of project changes and approvals.
  • Participate in risk analysis sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant cost experience.
  • Proficiency in cost control software and cost management principles.
  • Understanding of project management and change management processes.
