About the Role

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a motivated E-commerce Trading Manager to join its E-Commerce Team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role involves managing online trading performance and executing promotional plans to drive sales and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand trading performance and integrate insights into key directional and trade meetings to inform promotional planning.
• Execute promotional plans, making decisions on how to best implement promotions on the website to maximize visitor attention, sales, and conversion.
• Manage the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the promotional plan, including out-of-hours and weekend checks.
• Monitor website performance using web analytics tools, collaborating with Commercial and Marketing teams to assess promotion success and recommend changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Generate performance reports correlating sales KPIs with web analytics and customer preferences.
• Conduct regular competitor activity reviews across retail stores and online platforms to understand market dynamics.
• Review onsite search behavior to understand keyword queries and optimize product placement within search pages to enhance conversion.
• Ensure an optimal user experience on a daily basis, consulting regularly with the User Experience team.
• Execute and deliver promotional campaigns in a timely manner.
• Maintain consistent onsite search behavior.
• Achieve sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure a customer-focused trade plan that supports business objectives and is delivered accurately from the outset.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce trading and merchandising. E-commerce experience is mandatory.
• Experience required: 2-5 years.

Required Skills

• High proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commercial and business acumen.
