As a Finance Manager, you will be recognized as a trusted advisor to the business, actively supporting the finance leader to develop your finance team and enable them to thrive in their roles. Your communications will impact all stakeholders, ensuring a robust control and compliance environment while reinforcing Hilton’s value proposition to current and prospective owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive financial performance and manage all finance activities within compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and maintain excellent working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Participate in Finance development programs to foster best-in-class hotel finance teams.
  • Ensure Hotel operations meet contractual obligations by adhering to the management agreement.

What We Look For:
  • Able to analyze complex financial information and create detailed reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to collaboratively address issues that arise.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • A university degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

  • Ability to travel and relocate between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as needed.
