Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contracting/construction, with knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and POC methodology.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

    • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to the CFO and senior leadership team.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage the consolidation of financial results.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flow.
    • Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks.
    • Support the CFO in capital raising and debt management.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.

  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
