Role Overview

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The role also encompasses the management of the laundry and dry-cleaning operations, covering hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hotel cleaning functions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas within the hotel.
• Manage the upkeep of back-of-house non-kitchen areas.
• Supervise the hotel's laundry and dry-cleaning operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a large operation.
