We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee our HR systems and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee relations, managing HR operations, and supporting smooth administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee SAP and other HR systems ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle HR operations including employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage administrative functions such as payroll, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Establish performance management processes including goal setting and talent development.
  • Implement HR metrics and analytics to assess performance and effectiveness.
  • Deliver training programs for staff on HR best practices.
  • Provide support on HR planning and performance management issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 0 – 3 years of experience.
