As a leading construction and contracting company in Saudi Arabia since 1991, we focus on delivering quality projects across various sectors. We are currently seeking a skilled Internal Audit Manager to drive internal audit operations effectively.

Role Purpose:
The Internal Audit Manager will oversee the implementation of the annual audit plan, manage a team of auditors, and ensure compliance with auditing standards. You will report directly to the Director of Internal Audit and present findings to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement timely decisions relevant to the department and report on status monthly.
  • Deliver the annual audit plan on time.
  • Approve and review all audit programs.
  • Manage budget effectively, ensuring audits are conducted within planned timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit standards through regular quality assurance reviews.
  • Provide training and share knowledge with team members.
  • Collect and maintain stakeholder feedback on audits with a target satisfaction score of 75%.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of audit experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certification such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent.

  • ERP & Systems: Maintain accounting records within ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CMA preferred.
  • 6-9 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on project financing within a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
