Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams for construction and maintenance requirements.
Plan, schedule, and direct construction and maintenance activities to meet project milestones.
Manage Construction Subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Prepare and execute construction and maintenance plans for efficient project delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant international standards and project specifications.
Identify and implement improvements in construction and operational practices.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues to maintain timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
6+ years of work experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, or major infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, and industry regulations.
Excellent coordination, planning, and project management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
