We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join Qurba Real Estate Investment in Al Khobar. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily maintenance tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Supervise technicians and service providers to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Handle maintenance requests with proper documentation and closure.
  • Assist in creating operational and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the Leasing/Marketing team for tenant move-ins and handovers.
  • Respond to tenant service requests effectively.
  • Manage inventory control and procurement of materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage tenant interactions.
  • Proven leadership abilities to supervise and motivate staff.

Education:
BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.

Experience:
5-7 years in restaurant maintenance, with hands-on supervisory experience.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Good knowledge of Field Management Systems, MS Office, and IoT-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid KSA driving license.
