As a key player in our organization, you will oversee and optimize our preventive maintenance programs, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Manage the maintenance budget with a focus on cost control and procurement.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot complex equipment failures efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records for tracking and analysis.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and proactively address potential issues.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong understanding of various equipment including CNC machines, PLCs, and robotics.
  • Proven track record in managing maintenance teams with leadership experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Physical stamina to work in industrial environments.
