Job Overview
The marketing manager will lead our marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand positioning with the aim of driving growth, increasing customer engagement, and building loyalty. This role requires a marketer who is in tune with the latest trends, obsessed with the beauty sector, has a deep understanding of our target audience, and can translate this passion into impactful marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, influencers, content, paid advertising) to increase brand awareness, traffic volume, and sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, promotions, and customer service priorities.
  • Oversee the creation of visual content, videos, and high-quality texts that resonate with beauty trends and appeal to our audience.
  • Build strong relationships with local influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand our reach.
  • Act as the primary contact with external marketing agencies to ensure clarity of guidelines, adherence to timelines, and alignment of final products with the brand.
  • Stay up to date with the latest beauty and personal care trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements
  • The applicant should preferably be of Saudi nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or e-commerce sector.
  • A proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of the local beauty and personal care market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Practical experience working on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Salla, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • The ability to coordinate between multiple teams and manage external agencies.
  • A creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • A passion for beauty and personal care products, staying up to date with the latest products, trends, and innovations.
