• Identify and create a database of potential sponsors tailored to each event.
• Negotiate with potential sponsors and finalize favorable arrangements.
• Socialize and network with sponsors and clients.
• Prepare all correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure sponsor branding aligns with contractual agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media to maximize event coverage.
• Host media, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel events.
• Assist in producing promotional materials and gather supporting data.
• Document internal functions and events through photography.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:
You should be a graduate in advertising, marketing, or communication, preferably with experience in a related field. Computer literacy and effective verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Arabic are essential.
