About the Role:
This full-time on-site position in Riyadh involves various responsibilities aimed at enhancing our brand presence locally and internationally. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, manage customer service, and support sales activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and implementing annual marketing plans aligned with the company's goals.
• Developing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Managing social media content and crafting creative posts.
• Overseeing promotional material design (brochures, presentations, videos).
• Coordinating with sales teams to unify marketing messages and achieve growth objectives.
• Compiling periodic reports on marketing activity performance and measuring ROI.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors, providing continuous development recommendations.
• Participating in local and international agricultural exhibitions and events related to dates and food products.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least two years of marketing experience (preferably in the food or industrial sector).
• Strong communication, analytical, and innovative skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and design programs (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
