Join Hilton as a Pastry Chef!
As a Pastry Chef, you will operate the pastry section of the kitchen to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, managing production and developing seasonal offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen.
  • Ensure exceptional quality of dessert offerings.
  • Bring creativity to the pastry menu.
  • Supervise and coordinate pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
  • Plan production to meet daily requirements.
  • Develop seasonal menu offerings.
  • Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For:
You should be a passionate and creative individual committed to delivering high customer service. You will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef.
  • Strong supervisory skills and a relevant trade qualification.
  • A positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing capabilities.
  • Ability to work various shifts.
