Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and promote assigned electronics products (*, smartphones, appliances, gadgets).
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and promotions.
• Actively support sales staff in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness, and update point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales supervisor/brand manager.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationals
• Field work experience
• Strong communication skills

Work Schedule: 6 days per week (1 Day off) with rotational shifts.

As a Promoter, you will engage with customers, support store activities, and help drive sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage showroom operations and support sales activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Use the RMS App for daily check-in/check-out and ensure displays are clean and well-organized.
• Maintain product displays according to brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Proactively engage customers, promote products, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Provide accurate product information and identify customer needs to recommend suitable models.
• Demonstrate mobile devices confidently and explain key features and benefits.
• Execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations as instructed.
• Upload inventory, sales reports, demo device details, and display photos daily.
• Prepare daily reports including sales updates, competitor activities, and stock levels.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or above.
• Preferred Majors: Electronics, Communication, or Marketing.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or promotions is preferred.

• Assist in achieving group objectives and HSE goals including risk assessments and internal audits.
• Arrange and participate in regular HSE activities, mock drills, and inspections.
• Conduct induction training for new staff and regular HSE audits.
• Document incidents and ensure follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
• Drive the implementation of safety measures and report hazards.
• Participate in client HSE meetings and ensure compliance with safety management systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma/Engineering in any stream.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification is required.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco work environment and safety procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits is desirable.

Additional Information:

• Ability to relocate within KSA is necessary.
• Good knowledge of WPR & safety measures.
