About the Job
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is a vital role within the SASREF Project, located in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. This position plays a key role in managing all regulatory coordination and site access requirements for personnel working on refinery and industrial projects. You will directly support project mobilization through various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate contractor manpower registration and documentation for project mobilization.
  • Manage employee site access procedures including issuing Jubail Industrial City gate passes and refinery access badges.
  • Collaborate with main contractor teams to process subcontractor personnel registration.
  • Liaise with Royal Commission and industrial security departments for site entry permissions.
  • Assist in processing essential employee documentation including residency and medical records.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration and access permits for company vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of all access permits and regulatory approvals.
  • Support project teams during regulatory inspections and site audits.
  • Resolve administrative and regulatory issues impacting site access.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a PRO in Jubail Industrial City.
  • Proven experience supporting refinery or industrial projects.
  • Strong familiarity with Royal Commission and industrial security requirements.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Valid Saudi driver's license.
  • Saudi National.
