Join Jobstronaut as a Safety Officer!
We are looking for a proactive Safety Officer to promote a safety-first culture in our manufacturing team based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing risks associated with our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Compliance & Monitoring: Enforce adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements (Factories Act, OSHA, etc.). Conduct routine safety inspections and monitor proper use of PPEs among all staff.
  • Risk Assessment & Hazard Control: Identify potential hazards, conduct regular risk assessments, and investigate incidents with corrective actions.
  • Training & Awareness: Organize safety training and emergency drills. Educate employees on safe work practices in high-risk areas.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance reports. Ensure all safety data sheets are updated.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Ensure firefighting equipment and emergency plans are in place.

Key Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety/Engineering.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH/IOSH/Fire Safety Certification preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in a safety role within manufacturing or electrical assembly.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical hazards and EHS guidelines, understanding of ISO 45001.
  • Skills: Excellent observation skills, strong communication, and ability to influence safety culture.
