Join NMDC Dredging & Marine as a Safety Officer!
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Safety Officer to ensure the highest standards of occupational health and safety across our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all employees consistently implement the Company’s HSE policies and procedures.
  • Promote HSE awareness to field personnel to develop safe working behavior.
  • Conduct onsite inspections and daily tours to ensure compliance with NMDC Group’s HSE Manual.
  • Identify and report HSE observations and violations.
  • Verify HSE requirements for work scopes and control measures.
  • Conduct effective HSE induction programs.
  • Ensure updated emergency response procedures are in place and known to all personnel.
  • Monitor maintenance of life-saving and fire-fighting equipment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly site HSE reports.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
  • Holder of NEBOSH/IOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE certification is preferable.
