Join Tahaluf as a Marketing Manager!
Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, known for its record-breaking events like LEAP and Cityscape. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of the marketing strategy—planning, implementation, and optimization for inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Deliver strategic KPIs by driving online traffic, leads, and conversions, with regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Analyze digital behavior of visitors and exhibitors, utilizing tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Set new KPI targets and benchmark against best practices to elevate campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with agencies on paid campaigns, along with developing organic growth strategies.
  • Manage and report on campaign performance, ensuring optimal budget adherence.

Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong grasp of digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua and Adobe.
