About the Role

Virtucruit is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the commercial operations of an established business. This full-time position, based in Al Khobar, requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to drive growth and manage the commercial agenda. The role involves full ownership of the commercial strategy and its execution.

Role Overview

As the senior commercial leader, the Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for setting the overall sales and marketing strategy. This includes managing the commercial P&L and budget, and leading the team to achieve targets. The scope of responsibility covers sales across all channels, brand and trade marketing, pricing strategies, key account management, distribution, and the launch of new products from conception to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing strategy and plan.
• Manage the commercial P&L, budget, and sales targets.
• Lead sales initiatives across all channels to expand distribution and market share.
• Oversee brand building and protection, trade marketing, and category management.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, and partners, including negotiating commercial terms.
• Build and lead the sales and marketing team, including direct management of team leaders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Several years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating experience in running a function, owning a P&L, and managing other managers.
• A proven track record of achieving profitable growth and increasing market share.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to operate effectively at a decision-maker level.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
