Are you ready to bring your skills and expertise to a multinational company? TotalEnergies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia.

Context and Environment:
The lubricants market is robust but highly competitive, with current pricing pressures impacting demand. We are looking for an innovative individual to navigate this challenging landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Market Development:
    • Deliver annual sales volume and margin targets using DMS+ methodology.
    • Expand distributor footprint while strengthening relationships with key accounts.
    • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing & Operational Support:
    • Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns with distributors.
    • Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and their customers.
    • Ensure accurate SALSA reporting and customer data updates.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Adhere to HSEQ policies and company values, ensuring compliance with Anti-corruption and Antitrust laws.
    • Align all activities with the Code of Ethics and operational standards.
  • Financial Management:
    • Control overdue accounts while maintaining credit exposure within targets.
    • Support debt recovery and ensure timely payment collection.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a candidate with:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in lubricants or B2C sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ standards and distributor channel dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
