About the opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Service Sales Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing our service sales strategy. You will focus on developing trends for identifying new business opportunities, formulating contract strategies, and preparing project proposals that align with customer requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing and monitoring the success of contracts to identify necessary changes.
  • Ensuring accurate execution of commercial aspects by collaborating with technical and financial teams, as well as the client’s representatives.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and providing advisory support backed by strong legal knowledge.
  • Aiming to meet assigned KPIs for three business units while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing tools provided by Hitachi for proactive customer engagement and managing relevant data.
  • Ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:
You should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in service sales. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 710 years experience managing Panel Builders channels in KSA or the region.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of LV Switchgear and electrical distribution.
- Project management experience in end-to-end execution of LV Switchgear.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; willing to travel frequently within KSA.
