Join Wesco as an Inside Sales Representative
As a key member of the Inside Sales team, you will interact with existing customers to enhance sales of the Company's products and services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction while expanding business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and process orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell by suggesting relevant products and checking customer buying histories.
  • Collaborate with outside sales teams to maximize sales potential.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes to secure orders and manage customer expectations.
  • Maintain reports on open orders and customer notifications.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
  • High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
