Cleanliness and Organization:
Ensuring that the exhibition meets the best possible standards of cleanliness and organization in all sales areas on a daily basis.

Customer Service and Appearance:
  • Representing Al-Rif Flowers Company well in front of customers by providing excellent advice and the highest levels of service consistently.
  • Ensuring proper appearance and wearing the uniform and name badge.
Promotions:
Preparing and implementing the company's promotional offers in a timely manner and according to the standards specified in the promotional materials.

Sales and Goals:
Full familiarity with the exhibition's sales goals (daily - weekly - monthly) and striving to achieve or exceed them.

Inventory and Stocktaking:
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the products in the exhibition in terms of quality and quantity in preparation for the stocktaking.
  • Taking full responsibility for any discrepancies that appear during the annual inventory.
  • Checking the merchandise thoroughly and promptly to ensure its safety and to avoid disrupting the workflow.
Policies and Procedures:
  • Adhering to the company's policies and the procedures followed in all operations.
  • Following the company's systems regarding the return of merchandise to the warehouse within the specified time.
  • Implementing all directives issued by the direct manager.
Product Promotion:
Effectively promoting the products through fragrance and attracting customers.

Benefits:
Basic salary + commissions up to 3000 riyals monthly.
