Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Sales:
    • Achieve monthly unit sale targets through a structured sales process.
    • Maximize trade-in deals and Finance and Insurance product sales.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Ensure effective lead management and enhance customer experience by promoting referrals.
    • Capture comprehensive customer data and maintain high completion rates for mandatory training.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
