About the Role:
As a Senior Service Sales Specialist, you will report to the Marketing & Sales Manager and be pivotal in executing service work with low to medium complexity. Your role is also centered on sales strategies, installed base management, and lifecycle management solutions in the MV/LV electrical systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute service work per ABB standards and quality guidelines.
  • Promote various upgrades and value-add solutions to enhance customer benefits.
  • Utilize database insights to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for expansion in the service products space.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Perform regular sales visits, manage your pipeline through CRM, and assist in tendering processes.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • 4-6 years of experience in electrical systems service sales, minimum of 2 years in team management.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
