At Medtronic, you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. We are looking for a full-time, customer-oriented Sales Representative for our Surgical Innovations Business in Saudi Arabia.

A Day in the Life:
The Sales Representative will present and sell Medtronic Spinal and Biologics products and services to current and potential clients. Responsibilities include:
  • Achieving agreed targets focused on sales growth.
  • Soliciting orders and promoting Medtronic products.
  • Providing product training and support to clients.
  • Leading clinical selling activities.
  • Preparing action plans to identify sales targets.
  • Monitoring local market trends and competitor activities.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Spine business.
  • Prior clinical or medical sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This position offers the opportunity to advance surgical innovation and improve patient outcomes across Saudi Arabia while building strong partnerships within the healthcare community.
