Role Summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) is seeking a Senior Barista for Le Café LPM in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and overall experience that coffee provides for every guest. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and consistency, including knowledge of beans, origins, brew methods, and milk texture.
• Operate efficiently during peak service periods while adhering to all operational standards.
• Ensure the coffee station remains clean, well-stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Engage with guests naturally, sharing coffee knowledge without being didactic, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate effectively with the bar, floor, and kitchen teams, maintaining clear communication and contributing positively to the shift's energy.

Reporting Structure and Flexibility

The Senior Barista reports directly to the Beverage Manager and is part of the Front of House department. As Le Café LPM expands, the scope of this role may evolve. Flexibility is a core aspect of the team culture, and all team members may be requested to support other departments as business needs dictate.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of coffee craft, including various types of beans, their origins, different brewing methods, and milk texturing techniques.
