Join Our Team as a Telephone Operator!
As a valued member of the Rooms Division at Kempinski Hotels in Al Khobar, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all incoming calls, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience according to Kempinski and LQA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and connect them to the appropriate extension.
  • Accurately take and deliver messages for guests in a timely manner.
  • Manage guests' requests for DND (Do Not Disturb) and handle personal wakeup calls as per LQA standards.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests, providing help or referring to relevant departments as necessary.
  • In emergencies, serve as the communication center for the hotel.
  • Keep records of all Domestic Direct Dial (DDD) and International Direct Dial (IDD) calls and coordinate billing with the front office.
  • Monitor TV channels and public area music for proper functioning.
  • Maintain a neat working environment at all times.

  • Familiarity with Sales CRM tools such as SFDC or similar.
  • Saudi National is a Must.
