Join Kempinski Hotels as a Telephone Operator!
We are seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to be part of our Rooms Division in Al Khobar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, while upholding the high standards set by Kempinski and the Leading Quality Assurance (LQA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate extensions.
  • Accurately record and deliver messages for guests.
  • Manage guest requests for 'Do Not Disturb' and other confidential statuses.
  • Facilitate personal and automatic wake-up calls for guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance or referrals as needed.
  • Act as the communication center during emergencies.
  • Maintain records of direct dial and international dial calls.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of TV channels and background music in common areas.
  • Stay informed about hotel services, special promotions, and emergency procedures.
  • Keep the work area neat and organized.
