As a Telephone Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by managing incoming calls with utmost professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and connect to the appropriate extension, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.
• Accurately take and deliver messages to guests in a timely manner.
• Handle requests for Do Not Disturb (DND) and maintain confidentiality for guests.
• Manage wakeup call requests in alignment with the LQA standards.
• Address guest queries and requests with a caring attitude, referring complex issues to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• Serve as the communication center during emergencies, ensuring all hotel communications are handled appropriately.
• Maintain an organized record of Domestic Direct Dial (DDD) and International Direct Dial (IDD) communications.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of the hotel's television channels and public area music.
• Keep abreast of hotel products, promotions, and emergency procedures to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in generating revenue and high ROI through Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat, alongside solid SEO/SEM skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the leadership team to define the overall marketing strategy, ensuring all digital efforts directly support sales targets and business growth.
• Paid Media Execution: Plan, launch, and manage high-budget campaigns primarily on Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok. You are responsible for the end-to-end management of these channels.
• SEO & SEM Management: Direct SEO efforts to enhance organic rankings while simultaneously managing SEM campaigns to capture high-intent traffic.
• Budget & Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign budgets to lower Cost-Per-Click (CPC) and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) while maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) and ROAS.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content production team to provide data-backed briefs. You will guide them to produce ad creatives (UGC, Statics, Videos) that meet platform standards and drive conversions.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and optimize landing pages, forms, and Calls-to-Action (CTAs) to maximize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven Track Record: Must demonstrate previous success in achieving measurable results (Sales/Leads) specifically on Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. (Case studies or numbers will be requested).
• Technical Expertise: Strong command of Google Analytics Tag Manager, and Pixel implementation.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make decisions based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Wood. In this role, you will provide general coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide general coordination and administration support including minute taking, diary management, travel arrangements, and equipment management.
• Act as a focal point for cross-functional queries including finance, procurement, IT, and Real Estate.
• Manage coordination and booking for both internal and external events.
• Coordinate the production of reports, briefing papers, and presentations.
• Maintain documents and databases.
• Provide administrative support to project teams and corporate managers as required.

Working Relationships
Internal: P&O LT, wider P&O team, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Real Estate.
External: Vendors and visitors.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess significant previous administration experience, ideally in a senior level environment. Excellent communication skills, advanced experience of Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to work on tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks in a demanding environment are essential.
