As part of our esteemed Food & Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in Al Khobar. We pride ourselves on providing a courteous, professional, and efficient service that reflects the Kempinski DNA values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report punctually in the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Provide a courteous and efficient service at all times.
  • Be knowledgeable of all hotel services and products.
  • Perform upselling of food and beverage items and offer alternatives.
  • Monitor supplies and reduce waste effectively.
  • Keep the workplace clean and organized.
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Understand and adhere to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in inventory management and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements:
A reasonable command of the local language and English is required. We are looking for team members who display a positive attitude and are dedicated to great service.
