Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
  • Punctually report for duty dressed in a clean, well-pressed uniform with polished shoes and a nametag, adhering to the hotel’s dress code.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests at all times.
  • Perform all tasks as required by your assigned outlet while ensuring thorough knowledge of all menu items and services offered.
  • Understand and implement upselling techniques for restaurant offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow all safety, hygiene, and health guidelines.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Participate in training, attend all staff meetings, and assist with scheduled inventories.
  • Foster good relationships with colleagues across departments.
