Join Our Team as a Recruitment Specialist
At 360 Company Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for both our Sales and Automotive Technical teams. This role involves local hiring within Saudi Arabia, as well as international recruitment, particularly from the Philippines and other Asian countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard Sales teams and Automotive Technical staff.
  • Handle local recruitment and international hiring (Philippines & Asian countries).
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring documentation.
  • Evaluate sales performance, technical performance, and overall employee performance.
  • Support salary, offer, and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare recruitment and performance reports & analytics.
  • Coordinate with management to meet manpower planning needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong recruitment and negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office software (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in automotive or sales recruitment is a strong advantage.
