Job Title: Cashier (Coffee and Bakery Shop)

Job Objective:
Manage payment operations and customer service efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to receipt.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving and accurately recording customer orders in the cashier system
Collecting payments (cash / card / digital wallets)
Issuing invoices and ensuring the accuracy of transactions
Delivering orders or coordinating with the barista/kitchen to prepare them
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
Counting the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift and reconciling sales
Reporting any shortages or malfunctions in the system or operations
Adhering to company policies (pricing, promotions, discounts)

Requirements:

High school diploma at least
Good communication skills
Speed and accuracy in data entry
Ability to handle work pressure
Previous experience as a cashier or in the coffee sector is preferred

Skills:

Customer service
Using point of sale (POS) systems
Cash management
Working as part of a team

Salary:
4200 Riyals per month

Working Hours:
Determined according to the work system (may be flexible or in shifts)
