Job Title: Cashier (Coffee and Bakery Shop)

Job Objective:
Manage payment operations and customer service efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to receipt.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and accurately recording customer orders in the cashier system
  • Collecting payments (cash / card / digital wallets)
  • Issuing invoices and ensuring the accuracy of transactions
  • Delivering orders or coordinating with the barista/kitchen to prepare them
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
  • Counting the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift and reconciling sales
  • Reporting any shortages or malfunctions in the system or operations
  • Adhering to company policies (pricing, promotions, discounts)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma at least
  • Good communication skills
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to handle work pressure
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in the coffee sector is preferred

Skills:

  • Customer service
  • Using point of sale (POS) systems
  • Cash management
  • Working as part of a team

Salary:
4200 Riyals per month

Working Hours:
Determined according to the work system (may be flexible or in shifts)

  • Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in VAT returns and ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements.
  • Audit & Internal Control: Support audits and implement internal controls and finance policies.
  • ERP & Systems: Maintain accounting records within ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CMA preferred.
  • 6-9 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on project financing within a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
